Physical items, if offered, will be shipped to the address you provide during purchase. Delivery times may vary.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Consulting Services

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and prior to the commencement of any work. If no preparatory work has begun, we will issue a refund via the original payment channel within 14 days. If work has started, fees are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service. You may request a one-time rescheduling of sessions with at least 5 days notice, subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Refund requests for digital materials must be made within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Access to the digital files will be revoked upon completion of the refund.

5.3 Goods

You may request a refund for physical items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon approval, instructions for shipment will be provided. Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel within 14 days of receiving the item.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain premium packages, explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, are ineligible for refunds. This policy is in place due to the dedication of resources and scheduling commitments made on your behalf. Please review package details carefully before purchase.
